FAQ

STRAIGHT ANSWERS. SERIOUS COFFEE.

Everything worth knowing before you choose an origin, pick a roast, or put the coffee on a schedule.

01

The coffee

What coffee do you sell?

Two single-origin micro-lots: Zambia from Living Hope Farm and Uganda from the Mount Elgon region. Either origin can be ordered Light, Medium, Dark, or Espresso roast.

Is Espresso a different bean?

No. Espresso is a medium-dark roast profile designed to hold up under pressure and milk. You can brew it any way you like.

Can you grind it for me?

Yes. Choose Ground and it will be ground at the mill on roast day. Whole bean stays fresh longer, so it remains the default.

When is it roasted?

After you order. Fourth Man Roasters handles roasting and fulfillment in California.

02

Orders

Where does checkout happen?

Orders are completed through Fourth Man Roasters' Shopify store, the shared roasting and fulfillment partner behind CAP Coffee Roasters.

What sizes are available?

One, two, and five pound bags are available for everyday orders. The 20 pound option arrives as four separate 5 lb bags.

How do subscriptions work?

Choose every month or every two weeks. Everyday plans are the same price as one-time orders and can be changed or stopped through Shopify.

Does a larger bag cost less per pound?

No. Current one, two, and five pound pricing is the same per pound. Choose the size that fits how quickly you drink it.

03

The mission

How does buying coffee support CAP?

CAP Coffee Roasters is CAP's own white-label coffee brand. The label earns a commission on attributed orders, and buying the coffee supports CAP's confidence-building work.

What does CAP do?

CAP runs camps, CAP2U school speaking tours, local groups, family support, library programs, outreach, and awareness work for children living with alopecia.

Can I donate without buying coffee?

Yes. Direct donations go through CAP's donation platform and support the same mission without a coffee order.

Still stuck?

CAP CAN HELP WITH THE MISSION. WE CAN HELP WITH THE COFFEE.
