No. Espresso is a medium-dark roast profile designed to hold up under pressure and milk. You can brew it any way you like.
Yes. Choose Ground and it will be ground at the mill on roast day. Whole bean stays fresh longer, so it remains the default.

One, two, and five pound bags are available for everyday orders. The 20 pound option arrives as four separate 5 lb bags.
